All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused time or unused optimization credits.

Each plan includes a fixed number of optimizations per billing cycle. Unused optimizations expire at the end of the billing period.

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional cases, including: - Duplicate charges - Technical failures preventing use of the service

If a trial is offered, users must cancel before the billing period starts to avoid charges.

Due to the nature of AI and optimization systems, we do NOT guarantee: - Ranking improvements - Inclusion or visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar platforms - Any business or traffic results
